By creating an account or using RideMockup AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RideMockup AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to upload vehicle photos, visualize modifications, analyze vehicle condition and market value, and share designs with a community. The Service includes AI-generated visual previews which are simulated renderings and do not represent physical modifications to your vehicle.
AI generation requires credits. New users receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time packs or through monthly subscription plans (Pro or Premium). Credits do not expire. Subscription plans auto-renew monthly and can be canceled at any time. Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy.
You retain ownership of photos and designs you upload or create. By sharing content publicly, you grant RideMockup AI a license to display it within the community features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' intellectual property.
All AI-generated modifications are visual simulations for entertainment and planning purposes only. They do not guarantee that any modification is physically possible, safe, street-legal, or compatible with your specific vehicle. Always consult a qualified professional before making any modifications. Vehicle condition assessments, damage detection, and market value estimates are AI-generated approximations and should not be relied upon for financial or legal decisions.
You agree not to: (a) harass or abuse other users; (b) upload malicious or copyrighted content you don't own; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; or (e) create multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RideMockup AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to decisions made based on vehicle analyses, market value estimates, or modification previews.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
