RideMockup AI ("RideMockup AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered vehicle customization service that allows users to upload or take photos of vehicles, visualize modifications and accessories, save vehicle information and designs, and explore compatible vehicle parts.
We may collect information you provide when using RideMockup AI, including account information such as your name and email address; vehicle information such as year, make, model, trim, color, vehicle type, nickname, and an optional Vehicle Identification Number (VIN); photos you upload or take through the app; customization selections, saved designs, favorites, and other content you choose to provide.
We may also collect technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, such as device information, app interactions, diagnostic information, and similar technical data.
Photos and vehicle information submitted to RideMockup AI may be processed using artificial intelligence and related technology to analyze vehicles, generate visualization results, identify customization options, and provide relevant features. AI-generated images and recommendations are visualizations and may not perfectly represent actual products or final real-world results.
Providing a VIN is optional. If a user provides a VIN, it may be processed to identify vehicle specifications and assist with vehicle identification and compatible-part matching.
We use information to provide and maintain RideMockup AI; create AI-generated vehicle visualizations; save vehicles and designs; provide vehicle and parts-related features; process account and subscription functionality; improve app performance; prevent misuse and fraud; provide customer support; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If paid features, credits, or subscriptions are purchased through a third-party payment platform or app store, payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider. RideMockup AI does not receive or store complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by those providers.
We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate RideMockup AI, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, payment processing, and other technical services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, RideMockup AI, or others.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to information we are legally permitted or required to retain.
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
RideMockup AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
RideMockup AI may provide links to third-party websites, retailers, products, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and RideMockup AI is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy as RideMockup AI develops or as legal or operational requirements change. The effective date shown above will indicate when the policy was last updated.
